Terms & conditions of pick-up in Budapest

The rates are calculated in advance, fix rates and inclusive of V.A.T. and valid for one continuous trip without any suspension.

Tariffs are inclusive of protrusion to Ferihegy airport, the waiting time in case of any delay and the pick-up to the previously named hotel and / or the pick-up from a Budapest address to the Ferihegy airport. All transportation is carried out with air conditioned vehicles.

Departing from a Budapest address, after 10 minutes passed from the previously stated starting time our colleagues will try to reach the passenger (s) on the phone number provided at the time of the booking. Either the client is not showing up in the meantime or not to try to reach us on our hotline we are entitled to leave the place and charge the whole amount of the ordered service. In case of successfully get in touch with us over 10 minutes, the waiting time on top of the transfer cost is 80HUF/minute in case of a standard car (max. 3 pax) or 160HUF/minute on all other category.

Because of the capital's unique traffic habits a delay up to 15 minute can arise in each cases; within this interval we will not call the passenger. If the protrusion time exceeds the 15 minute we let our client know about it as soon as possible. If they still wish to use our service, we give them discount depending on the length of the delay.Our company is not responsible missing the flight due to bad weather conditions, any road constructions and blockings, accidents or any other reasons not related strictly to us.

The time of the pick-up can be modified or canceled within 3 hours before the previously agreed time in case of a standard car. With all other categories changing or canceling the pick-up also possible 72 hors before the agreed transfer time. Modifying or canceling later this we have the right to charge the cost of the pick-up or decline the demand for a different pick-up.

Pick-up order process: in case of standard car we need a 3 hour prior notice. With other categories the client must place the order 3 days prior. From 15 may to 15 June and during the Formula 1 race in Hungary a different policy applies: orders must be placed 3 weeks prior.
